This version is perfectly smooth, without random fluctuations in the flow of sound, for you out there who is sensitive to that sort of things.

It is 7hours 45 minutes long white noise combined with 50Hz, sampled at 8000Hz at 64kbit/s.

This audio file has been tested and works for cancelling out all sounds of noise, from construction work, to heavy partying, to people screaming and trying to kill each other.

Instructions:

1: Insert ear plugs
2: Put your over ear HI-FI headphones over your ears
3: Insert the headphone plug to your audio player
4: Play the track
5: Sleep

Do not play the track louder than 30-60% of max volume, to avoid hearing damage other than in extreme cases.
